SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The product includes at least 30 wt % of alkalised cocoa husks of the total weight of alkalised cocoa husks and cocoa powder in the food product. The food product production method involves: (i) alkalisation of cocoa husks separated from cocoa nibs using an alkaline agent and (ii) addition of alkalised cocoa husks into the food product.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product with a strongly pronounced taste and aroma of chocolate enriched with nutrients.
