FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of a filler for liquid milk or juice products, as well as a ready-to-use product made on its basis. Disclosed is a filler for liquid food products, including a ready-to-eat composition of flour and sugary confectionary products, with the following content in wt.%: flour confectionary product: 55–60%, sugary confectionary product: 40–45%, at the same time the flour confectionary product consists of waffle pieces in chocolate with size of 5–12 mm, or consists of butter cookies and/or butter-vanilla cookies, and/or cookies with cocoa, wherein the cookie slices have size of 8–10 mm, and the sugary confectionary product consists of sugar-coated plant seeds, or consists of marmalade or chewing sweets, or consists of rice balls in chocolate glaze with coconut chips, having size of 6–8 mm, or consists of dragée with chocolate, having size of 7–9 mm. Disclosed is a liquid food product consisting of a fermented milk product and said filler, wherein the filler content is from 5 wt.% to 12 wt.%. Also disclosed is a liquid food product consisting of a juice product and said filler, wherein the filler content is from 12 wt.% to 15 wt.%. Juice product is selected from juice, nectar, juice-containing beverage, fruit puree or their mixture.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of food and biological value of products, reduction of caloric content and increase of content of useful carbohydrates, expansion of multisensory sensations, creation of food products of wide taste spectrum.
