FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a component designed to attach a medical-technical device to skin and comprised by a medical device designed to be attached to skin with said component comprising a carrier material layer with from its bottom side, i.e. from a skin facing side when using the medical-technical device, coated with an adhesive layer. The component comprises on its top surface, an attachment area or a device element with the attachment area distanced from at least two opposed component edges. Besides, the adhesive is a skin favourable, soft contact adhesive which as shown by running division test possess separation rate higher than 0.05 mm/min under load 0.2 N/25 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides improved sustained load coupling.
