FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to selective laser sintering of 3D articles. After evacuation of working space layer-by-layer laser sintering of mechanically activated metal powder or mechanically activated metal powder and metal-metal powder, fusion temperatures of mix metals differing by less than 40%. Sintering is performed by pulse laser with pulse generation frequency varying from 20000 Hz to 100000 Hz and pulse duration making 100 ns. Powder particle fused part crystallisation rate varies from 0.5 to 10 m/s.

EFFECT: higher mechanical, tribotechnical and antirust properties.
