FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates specifically to the technology of manufacturing a material with a shape memory effect by selective laser melting. It can be used in the aerospace, automotive and oil and gas industries for manufacture of compact drives, actuators operating in the temperature range of 100-300°C. Titanium nickelide powders with a nickel content of 50-50.7 at.%, hafnium and nickel are mixed mechanically to obtain a powder mixture containing, % by weight: titanium nickelide 63-91, hafnium 7-27, nickel 2-10. The resulting mixture is placed in a selective laser melting unit and the material is formed by means of laser radiation at a laser power of 100-300 W, a scanning speed of 400-1500 mm/s, a powder layer thickness of 30-60 mcm with platform heating up to 500-600°C.
EFFECT: increase in the activation temperature of the shape memory effect.
