FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of composite material in the form of a coating on the surface of a titanium alloy article. Method involves application of a powder composition onto the article surface containing the following components, wt%: Al – 3.91; Co – 15.6; Cr – 11.1; Fe – 0.06; Mo – 4.48; Nb – 3.38; Ti – 2.73; V – 0.52; W – 3.19; C – 0.049; Ni – 54.981. Coated section is introduced into the laser exposure zone; layer-by-layer laser melting of the metal powder is performed. Scanning is carried out at the following parameters: laser power – 325 W, scanning speed – 760 mm/s, layer thickness – 50 mcm, scanning pitch – 120 mcm, protective medium – argon. First layer is applied at angle of 135°, and second – at angle of 90° to first layer.
EFFECT: formation of heat-resistant coatings having high microhardness, mechanical and tribotechnical properties.
