FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for the manufacture of three-dimensional objects intended to work under conditions of increased wear, selective laser melting from the WC-Co powder composition. Method includes preparing the powder composition by mechanically mixing the WC and Co particles and then layer-by-layer laser synthesis of the article with predetermined layer thickness, scanning speed and specific power of the laser radiation. Preliminary experimental melting of individual tracks is carried out at different scanning speeds with different specific powers of laser radiation and the formation in each track of the melting zone of the composition, zone of remelting of the low-melting component and the zone of the initial material, while the thickness of said zones is measured. Then, in layer-by-layer laser synthesis, the scanning speed and specific power of the laser radiation are chosen as preset ones, at which the ratio of the thickness of the remelting zone of the low-melting component to the thickness of the remelting zone of the composition has the greatest value, and the thickness of the layer is given by the condition LI<L<LII+LI, where L is the thickness of the applied powder layer, LI – thickness of the remelting zone of the composition, LII – thickness of the melting point of the low-melting component.

EFFECT: improved quality of manufactured products is provided.
