FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reversible anhydrous removal of acids selected from the group including HCI, HF or HBr from gas mixes containing acids and one or several gas components representing PF5, C(O)F2 or carbonic acid fluoride. Proposed method comprises bringing said gas mixes in contact with one or several ionic fluids absorbing acids. After said contact absorbed acid is removed by desorption. Then, at least one absorption step is executed. Used ionic fluid contains protonised anion corresponding to acid, stringer than that to be removed from gas mix. Anion of ionic fluid represents anion of trifluoro-methane-sulfonic acid or anion of fluorosulfonic acid.
EFFECT: high-purity products, simplified procedure.
