APPLICATION OF RHEOLOGICAL ADDITIVE DURING VIBRATION COMPACTION TREATMENT OF WATER-BASED COMPOSITION AND HYDRAULIC BINDER AND PRODUCED COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC C04B24/24 C04B28/02

Abstract RU 2443649 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: application of a rheological additive in the method of vibration compaction treatment of a composition containing water and at least one hydraulic binder, which is an emulsion of at least one non-structured copolymer, formed by the following: a) (methyl) acrylic acid; b) alkyl(meth)acrylate, containing from 1 to 25 atoms of carbon, preferably from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, besides, this alkylmethacrylate preferably is ethyl(meth)acrylate; c) monomer of formula R1-(R2O)m-R3, where: - R1 is a radical, containing an unsaturated functional group, capable of polymerisation and included into a vinyl row group or to a group of acryl, methacrylic and maleic esters, or to a group of unsaturated urethanes, such as acryl-urethane, methyl-acryl-urethane, α,α'-dimethylisopropenylbenzylurethane, allyl urethane, or to a group of substituted or non-substituted allyl or vinyl ethers, or also to a group of unsaturated amides or imides of ethylene row, or also to a group made up by acrylamide and methyl-acrylamide, and preferably stands for a methacrylic group; - R2O stands for an alkylene-oxide group containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, preferably an ethylene oxide and propylene oxide group and more preferably an ethylene oxide group; - m is an integer number in the interval from 20 to 30, preferably in the range from 23 to 27 and is more preferably equal to 25; - R3 stands for a linear or a ramified alkyl chain containing from 28 to 33 carbon atoms, preferably from 30 to 33 carbon atoms and more preferably containing 32 carbon atoms. The specified additive is used in the composition that contains water and at least one hydraulic binder, and also the specified rheological additive.

EFFECT: improved rheological properties of the composition, improved mechanical strength of produced articles.
