According to the versions, the make-up and/or eyelash care composition contains plate-like particles of at least one non-ionic surfactant and/or at least on ionic surfactant and/or at least one polymeric surfactant or at least one type of oil which is structured with at least one fat phase rheological agent and less than 10 wt % wax.
EFFECT: make-up method and non-therapeutic care for keratic materials involves placing a vibrating composition, where the composition corresponds to the said type.
