SUBSTANCE: carbon-containing wastes first undergo anaerobic fermentation, after which the obtained fermented residue is mixed with filler, moulded and subjected to thermal decomposition in a reducing medium without access to oxygen at temperature 300-1050°C. The filler used is solid combustible carbon-containing materials. The mixture is moulded by rolling with addition of long-fibre carbon-containing materials during the rolling process.

EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of the process of processing carbon-containing wastes.
