SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to environmental protection and can be used for decontamination and utilization of municipal solid wastes of organic origin. Method for decontaminating and recycling an array of municipal wastes involves drilling wells in the thickness of the massif, installation in them of vertical perforated discharge pipes, above which pyramidal transparent caps are mounted, surround the array along perimeter with a drain channel for collection of waste water, solar heating and moistening of the massif located under pyramidal transparent caps, atmospheric precipitation and feed water from grooves between caps, anaerobic fermentation in the mass of the massif with production of bio-gas, methane, its output from the caps and pores of the massif through the vertical perforated discharge pipes, connected through the gas lines to the compressor, pumping waste water from the massif from the drain channel, separating them into gas, liquid hydrocarbon, aqueous and slurry fractions as a result of settling and heating processes, withdrawal and accumulation of hydrocarbon and slurry fractions with their further processing and utilization, withdrawal of water fraction and its degassing due to solar heating, use of degassed water for water make-up, mixing of gas fraction and exhaust gas with formation of mixed biogas, and its supply to tube space of air cooler cooled by external air due to natural draft, where it is cooled with condensation of water vapors and heavy hydrocarbons. After that, purified and cooled biogas, which consists mainly of CH4, is supplied to gas collector, and condensate is directed to accumulating capacity. Device for implementation of method includes section of massif, wells drilled in massif into which discharge vertical perforated pipes are inserted. Pipes are connected to gas lines. Transparent tight pyramidal caps with grooves are installed above the wells. Massif is surrounded along the perimeter by a drain channel, the depth is somewhat lower than the bottom of the landfill, at the bottom of which there is a submersible pump, and at the top there is a feed tray which is connected to the grooves. Proposed unit comprises compressor, pressure gas line connected with air tubular cooler and gas collector. Sewage sludge tank is connected with submersible pump, suction gas line and degasifier. Effluents settling tank consists of cylindrical housing and solar heater. Settler and degasifier are connected to suction gas line, and grooves of boundary transparent pyramidal caps of massif are connected through feed tray with feed pump.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions provides higher reliability and environmental efficiency.
