MODULE FOR REALIZATION OF SUPERCRITICAL TECHNOLOGY FOR FLOW-THROUGH PROCESSING OF HYDROCARBON-CONTAINING WASTE AND EFFLUENTS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B09B3/00

Abstract RU 2655838 C2

FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of carbonaceous wastes of any moisture, including solid municipal one and industrial wastes, woodworking wastes, sewage sludge, livestock and poultry farms, to ensure their recycling and production of gaseous, liquid and solid products suitable for this purpose. Module for implementation of a supercritical technology for continuous processing of carbonaceous wastes of any moisture content contains a loading unit, block of carrying out of supercritical technologies and the block of processing of the gas received on supercritical technology. Loading unit includes a solid waste transportation unit, a mill, a fugat/sink supply unit. Outputs of mill and fugate/sink supply unit are connected to mixing unit to obtain a slurry, reaction mass. Block of supercritical technologies includes a unit for periodically loading resulting reaction mass into reactor of supercritical technology, which is designed to ensure the continuity of the process, reactor supercritical technology, which is configured to conduct a process of thermal decomposition of the reaction mass in combination with gas vortex separators and water disposal, and also with the possibility of periodically discharging the mineral residue into the receiving hopper. Gas processing unit in supercritical technology includes at least a monitoring system and control for measuring the actual flow and composition of gas produced by supercritical technology, and the unit for flameless combustion of SCT gas on critical burners.

EFFECT: use of this invention allows to simplify the device for processing carbonaceous wastes.
