FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic packer is equipped with housing of packer assembly and internal sleeve connected to packer housing, and valve assembly is arranged in valve assembly housing and in annular space between external sleeve connected to valve assembly housing and internal sleeve. Valve assembly consists of four pistons-valves made as an all-in-one-piece and located in a circumferential direction through 90° and borne against spring-loaded switch made in the form of a sleeve with four shaped slots symmetrically located along its generatrix through 90°, in which there arranged are four pins rigidly fixed on internal sleeve with possibility of moving the switch with rotation relative to pins at back-and-forth movements of pistons-valves. Edges of sealing element are fixed with shells and bodies for shells. To the shells there attached are sleeves having conical sections located to the side of open section of sealing element, with possibility of plastic deformation of conical sections of sleeves at working position of sealing element, and on the housing in a circumferential direction there installed through 90° are four hollow shear elements on which rubber cuffs are put.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device and its sealing ability.
