FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for cementing of casing string during well drilling. Hydraulic packer comprises barrel in the form of a pipe equipped with upper and lower adapters. On the barrel there is a sealing element made of elastomer material in form of an annular cylinder with upper and lower end sections fixed between the upper and lower fixed shells. Shells are made in the form of stepped bushings, the first stage of which is fixed on the barrel, and in the second stage a bore in the form of a truncated cone is made, enclosing external ends of the sealing element from outside. Upper and lower shell holders in the form of bushings are rigidly installed on the barrel under end sections of the sealing element. Anti-extrusion protection of the sealing element comprises bushings made of plastically deformable metal overlapping end sections of the sealing element. Sleeves are installed in additional conical bores made in bores of fixed shells. On part of length in wall of second stages of shells there are uniform through circumferences main through lengthwise cuts, forming lobes of rectangular shape. Between the main incisions there are additional through lengthwise incisions shifted in circumferential direction relative to the main incisions. Between lower shell and lower adapter valve assembly is located, containing main and additional, below main, hollow shear elements with holes installed in the barrel wall in radial channels and interacting with the cementing plug lowered during operation. On the outside of the valve unit there is a position switch made in the form of a movable stepped bushing, which can move upwards and contains 5 steps in the form of borings. In transport position, position selector is connected with lower adapter by shear pin. In the closed middle cavity of the valve unit on the groove of the barrel there installed is a shutter in the form of a bushing from elastomer material which is elastically enveloping the external surface of the groove of the barrel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of operational capabilities and improvement of reliability of operation.
