FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vortex burner device comprises a combustion chamber and a flame tube, which are separated from each other by a stabiliser of fuel and air mixture burning, in the combustion chamber there is a sleeve, an evaporator installed at the inner side of the combustion chamber wall, and a cartridge with an ignition plug and an evaporator, in which there is a hole for air supply, besides, in front of the open end of the sleeve end there is a centrifugal compressor installed, an axis of rotation of the compressor's blade wheel is combined with the longitudinal axis of the sleeve, the compressor body is fixed on the cylindrical wall of the combustion chamber, on which behind the blade wheel there is a flange installed with radial holes for air intake with a motor installed on it to drive rotation of the blade wheel, at the same time the cartridge with the ignition plug is installed in the compressor body opposite to the hole for a torch of fuel and air mixture ignition, and the evaporator of the combustion chamber is made with an angular transition on the entire area of the flange at the side of the combustion chamber coaxially with the inner side of the cylindrical wall along the sleeve length and is coupled via a hole with the evaporator in the cartridge with the ignition plug.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of fuel burning and reduced power consumption.
