FIELD: power production; heating.

SUBSTANCE: chambered swirling-type furnace consists of a housing, enclosed air-fuel mixture combustion chamber with flat liquid fuel evaporator and inflammation precombustion chamber with electric flame igniter. All the above components are interconnected by inner end wall having opening for precocombustion chamber installation and forming annular collector together with furnace housing. The annular collector is limited by the front and rear end walls of furnace housing. It is connected with air supply system through the nozzle. The nozzle is linked with the housing and combustion chamber through the pipes, which are tangentially installed along the inner collector wall perimeter. The walls are extended into combustion chamber by one of their ends. The nozzle is also connected to the precombustion chamber through the metering opening made in the wall. The evaporator is installed on the inner end wall, which is coupled with fuel supply pipeline to the evaporator. The evaporator closes pipeline outlet and separates precombustion chamber from combustion chamber. The latter is connected to the precombustion chamber through the opening made in the evaporator in front of the flame igniter. The flame igniter is fixed on the rear end wall of furnace housing. The flat heat energy reflection shield is fixed before the evaporator with air gap. The above shield covers the evaporator at precombustion chamber cross section area. The front end wall of the furnace housing is rimmed. The rimmed edge of wall projects into combustion chamber and forms furnace outlet, suddenly narrowing the combustion chamber. The heat energy reflection shield is placed before evaporator and in coaxial alignment to combustion chamber. It is provided with opening in the form of de Laval nozzle.

EFFECT: complete fuel burning by intensifying fuel air mixture combustion.
