FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: chamber swirling-type furnace includes furnace housing consisting of cylindrical casing restricted with front and rear end walls, combustion chamber formed with cylindrical wall cylindrically arranged in casing and fixed with one end face on the front end wall of the housing, and antechamber interconnected with combustion chamber through the hole made in adjacent wall, which form together with casing the annular header, air supply branch pipe to furnace, which is installed near front end wall of the housing with tangential direction to cylindrical casing, tubes installed in cylindrical wall at least in one row and projecting to combustion chamber with tangential direction equivalent to tangential direction of branch pipe, fuel evaporator made from heat-resistant porous material with capillary structure, and fuel-air mixture igniter containing electrical plug installed before the hole made in evaporator and located in sleeve; in the latter there made is dosing hole interconnecting the header to igniter cavity; at that, in rear end wall of the housing there is the hole which is concentrical to combustion chamber, which form combustion stabilisation device of fuel-air mixture. Antechamber is formed with the above cylindrical wall restricted on the side opposite to adjacent wall, solid end wall; the latter forms together with rear end wall of the housing an air cavity interconnected with annular header and air supply branch pipe to furnace; at that, evaporator is made so that its flat component part is made on the whole surface area of solid end wall and has angular transition to cylindrical component part of evaporator, which is concentrically located on cylindrical wall of antechamber and restricted on end wall with adjacent wall with diameter of the hole, which is less than inner diameter of cylindrical component part of angular evaporator; at that, in cylindrical wall of antechamber there radially fixed through casing is igniter sleeve in which concentrical cylindrical evaporator is arranged, which forms together with electrical plug an air cavity, and fuel feed pipeline to evaporator is connected to sleeve; end face of evaporator adjoins angular evaporator with possibility of fuel feeding through capillary structure of material; at that, flue tube is connected to front end wall of housing concentrically to cylindrical wall of combustion chamber. As per the second design version, the swirling-type furnace includes centrifugal compressor with rotation axis of bladed wheel along central axis of combustion chamber, which is installed by means of flange on front end wall of housing, for supply of swirled air flow by means of bladed wheel from housing cavity to header and igniter; radial air intake holes are made in the flange. Tubes projecting to combustion chamber are installed with tangential direction equivalent to air swirling direction in header by rotation of bladed wheel.

EFFECT: simplifying the furnace design without reducing the fuel combustion quality.
