FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: installation for experimental tryout of explosive devices comprises an explosion-proof chamber made in the form of a tight pressure container that includes a neck with a loading hatch and throughput elements of switching purpose, which are tightly installed into the chamber holes, measurement sensors, cables of the explosion line and measurement procedures, and elements of operational equipment. At the same time the chamber is arranged as capable to hold two explosive devices, every with its sets of measurement sensors, cables of the explosion line and measurement procedures. Besides, both explosive devices are placed along the longitudinal axis of the chamber at the distance from each other and the chamber centre, and explosion lines are matched according to the time of explosive devices actuation. Operational equipment comprises a device for inspection of the chamber for tightness, a device to clean and bleed gaseous explosion products, and a device to inject a preservative solution.
EFFECT: proposed chamber ensures requirements of environmental safety and ability to perform independent measurements in each explosive device.
