FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for provision of safety of blasting operations; it can be used in the creation of explosion chambers and structures designed for sealed localization of explosion products in testing works and in emergency situations. An explosion-proof container contains an explosion chamber with a cylindrical case with a flat bottom, a cover hermetically installed in a neck of the case. Antifragmentation protection is placed in a chamber cavity and is made in the form of a cup, attached with its bottom to the bottom with the possibility of installation of an explosive device in a cup cavity or on its end. The chamber cover is rigidly fixed to the neck of the case and is made of a convex shape. Holes for elements of an operational purpose are made in the bottom outside the cup, the case with the bottom are hermetically sealed with radial and end rings and fixed to each other with annular flanges. Fasteners are alternately and evenly distributed along a radius of flanges, one of which are made of material with high hardness, and other are made of material with high viscosity. An annular gas-dynamic reflector is installed inside the chamber at a place of connection of the case to the bottom. The chamber is placed in a cylindrical casing, resting with the bottom on a pallet hermetically fixed to the casing with flanges by means of fasteners. The pallet has a support flange serving as a stand. The casing is hermetically closed with the second cover with additional holes for passing elements of an operational purpose, made with the possibility of control of the absence of explosion products under the casing and their pitting.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of localization of explosion products, meeting requirements of ecological safety, while improving operational characteristics.
