FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: explosion-proof cabin comprises a cylindrical housing with flat bottoms, the shock absorbers of the bottoms, the inner cylindrical shell mounted coaxially with a gap with respect to the housing and reinforced in the central part, and a loading neck with inner and sealed outer lids. The loading neck is placed in the housing and the inner cylindrical shell with an offset relative to the geometric centre of the chamber and is secured in the housing. The housing and the inner cylindrical shell in the areas of the neck location are reinforced, respectively, with the outer and inner linings. Each shock absorber is made in the form of a solid plate mounted with the ability of plane parallel movement relative to the bottom and resting on the uniformly located pipe segments fixed to the plate connected to the housing and mounted with a gap relative to the bottom. The inner cylindrical shell of the chamber is reinforced in the central part by the roll of steel sheet. Along the axis of the chamber in the bottoms, plates and linings of the shock absorbers the openings are made, in which the cylindrical inlets are mounted, fixed to the bottoms and closed inside by the sealing durable lids. In the housing and the inner cylindrical shell of the chamber at least one opening is made for mounting the pass elements of operating purposes in them, at that the openings are coaxial to each other and offset relative to the central part.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase carrying capacity and reliability in the given dimensions of the chamber, to extend the functional capabilities of the chamber and the technical field for its application.
