SUBSTANCE: active matrix substrate includes: a plurality of pixel electrodes provided in a delta arrangement, which defines a plurality of rows and in which pixel electrodes in adjacent rows are offset from each other by a predetermined pitch in the direction of the rows; a plurality of gate lines extending parallel to each other in the direction of the rows, each gate line being provided between corresponding pixel electrodes; a plurality of source lines extending parallel to each other in a direction intersecting with the gate lines, while alternately turning left and right, each source line being provided between corresponding pixel electrodes; and a plurality of thin-film transistors connected to corresponding pixel electrodes, where each source line has a plurality of first linear parts, a plurality of second linear parts, a plurality of protruding parts; and each of the thin-film transistors is alternately connected to the corresponding first or second linear part and to the corresponding protruding part along the corresponding source line provided on the same side of the corresponding source line, and lying in a predetermined position in accordance with the pixel electrode.
EFFECT: reducing or eliminating the difference between adjacent rows of a plurality of pixel electrodes.
