FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises units made of porous material of one of electrodes, a solid electrolyte in the form of a thin-layer dense coating and the second electrode arranged above it are applied onto a group of channels of one sign, and channels of the other sign are formed in the carrier electrode itself, at the same time the units are electrically connected serially by using a bipolar plate mounted as capable of contact of its one side with the rib part of the electrode applied onto the outer surface of the channels of the previous unit, and with its other side capable of contact with the end of the carrier electrode of the subsequent unit.
EFFECT: reduced voltage losses in electrolyte, electrodes and current collectors, reduced effect of solid electrolyte material at mechanical properties of the electrochemical device.
