FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to battery cells of medium-temperature electrochemical devices for generating electric power, and can be used to create solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). According to the invention, the cell comprises a bearing tubular base, which is a collector layer of anode composite material of general formula Ni/La1-xSrxScO3-δ, on which are successively deposited thin functional layers of composite material of anode of general formula Ni/La1-xSrxSc1-yMeyO3-δ, electrolyte based on lanthan scandite doped with strontium, functional layer of composite material of cathode of general formula LaNi1-zFezO3/La1-xSrxSc1-yMeyO3-δ, as well as collector layer of cathode of general formula LaNi1-zFezO3, where x = 0.05÷0.2 at.%, y = 0.01÷0.15 at.%, z = 0.1÷0.5 at.%, Me – Fe, Co or Ni. When using the tubular single fuel cell, it is possible to obtain electric power at direct conversion of hydrocarbon fuel in a mixture with water vapor and / or carbon dioxide.

EFFECT: simplified technology of manufacturing tubular unit fuel cell and increased efficiency of its operation in atmospheres of different composition.
