The elements, sets of elements and units of elements are connected in-series and protected from overcharge due to a self-discharge device. The system of accumulator batteries is protected from overcharge and overdischarge and charge process is controlled in order to recover functioning of the printed circuit board or charger during overcharge/overdischarge.

EFFECT: prolongation of service life for the batteries by balancing charge of its elements.
