FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an onboard communication system which is divided into a protected zone and an unprotected zone, having at least one first communication device in the protected zone, a second communication device 10 in the unprotected zone, and a first one-way communication line from the first device to the second device, wherein said first device can transmit data through the first communication line according to a first protocol. The system also has a second communication line 15 from the second device to the first device corresponding to a second protocol, the first two layers of which are different from the first two layers of the first protocol. Said second device can transmit data through the second communication line 20 in form of messages corresponding to the first protocol, packed in data frames corresponding to the second protocol.
EFFECT: enabling two-way communication between two zones without reducing the level of security of the protected zone.
