FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: methods are used to transfer data with application of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ). In one version of the circuit the transmitter processes a data packet in accordance with speed and sends at least one packet transfer to the receiver using HARQ. In one version of the circuit the transmitter sends a starting message to the receiver, in order to start sending the request by the receiver to reduce noise to an interfering station. The transmitter may send the first packet transfer (i) after the starting message, for instance, in serial frames of one HARQ interlacing, or (ii) together with the starting message in the same frame. Number of transfers for sending the packet may depend on whether the interfering station reduces the noise to the receiver. The packet transfer may be early terminated, if noise reduction is successful, or may be terminated with a delay, if noise reduction fails.

EFFECT: reduction of noise in a wireless communication system.
