SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method of data retransmission scheduling, method of data retransmission application in a scheme, and refreshment method for incorrect base station data buffer in mobile communication system during smooth token passing of services. Invention claims base station implementing the management and refreshment method, communication terminal implementing method of scheduling, and mobile communication system including at least one such base station and communication terminal. To achieve the effect claimed method involves clearing of incorrect data buffer area associated with received data packet after successful data packet reception. Also invention claims method involving monitoring of time passed since the moment of the last data packet saving in buffer area of base station to have a possibility to initiate buffer area cleaning upon expiration of threshold time period.

EFFECT: prevented errors in data packet combination in the scheme of packet retransmission at receiver.
