FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to therapy and pulmonology and can be used in practice for selecting tactics of management of patients with bronchial asthma. Clinical manifestations of disease, parameters of external respiration function are determined, interrogation of patients is carried out. Patients with moderate asthma are interrogated by questionnaire AQLQ with calculation of life quality indices. If total index of patients' life quality is 3.77 points and higher prediction of their compliance to long treatment with inhalation glucocortocosteroids is considered to be unfavourable, requiring carrying out psychotherapeutic correction. If total index of patients' life quality is 3.76 points and lower, conclusion about their compliance to doctor's recommendations about long intake of inhalation glucocortocosteroids is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of predicting compliance of patients with bronchial asthma to treatment, as well as individualise tactics of management and increase of patients' treatment efficiency.
