FIELD: medicine; pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: determination of indications to preventive increase of volume of basic therapy by glucocorticosteroids inhalation at children with bronchial asthma against joining of an acute respiratory infection is carried out in a hospital and outpatiently by revealing increase of nitrogen oxide level in exhaled air on 50% and more from the initial level.
EFFECT: purposeful intensifying of basic therapy for prevention of an aggravation of symptoms of children with atopic bronchial asthma against an acute respiratory infection.
