FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to obstetrics. In order to diagnose intrauterine infection indices of anamnestic, clinical and ultrasonic markers are estimated. In the second trimester of pregnancy in women of group of intrauterine infection risk complex of indices is estimated in points taking into account their diagnostic informativeness. In order to perform diagnostics estimated are presence or absence of complicated obstetric- gynecological anamnesis, extragenital pathology, threat of present pregnancy abortion, pyelonephritis, vaginitis, respiratory-viral diseases, retardation of intrauterine development of fetus, disturbances of fetus-placental blood flow, hydramnion, pyeloectasia in fetus, calcinates in placenta, thickening of placenta. Summary value of diagnostic coefficients is used to diagnose intrauterine infection.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of intrauterine infection diagnostics in the second trimester of pregnancy in women from group of risk of intrauterine infection.
