FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: examination is performed in the II and III trimesters. The anamnestic and antropometric parameters, mother's age at the onset of pregnancy are determined. The clinical findings and echographic signs are stated. The determined data are assessed in points. The derived points are summed up. If the total score is 1-30, the low degree of the risk of intrauterine growth restriction is stated. The total score of 31-54 points shows the moderate degree of the risk. The total score of 55-70 points is an indicator of the high degree of the risk.
EFFECT: method enables the exact, accessible, simple, non-invasive and effective prediction of the degree of the risk of intrauterine growth restriction by identifying and assessing the most significant parameters.
