FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: results, which are assessed by point system with taking into account their informative value, are obtained as a result of anamnestic, clinical, laboratory, echographic examination of pregnant women. In anamnesis attention is paid to: presence or absence of spontaneous abortions, non-developing pregnancies, chronic diseases of female sex organs, urinary system, upper airways; in clinical-laboratory examinations: to inflammatory diseases of vulva and vagina, viral infections during pregnancy, vagina disbiosis, recurring threats of miscarriage, associations of microorganisms in bacterial inoculations from cervical canal, leukocytosis in general blood test >12×109/l, CRP>6 mg/l, PAMG - 1≥30 mg/ml, quantity of microorganisms greater than 10; clinical-echographic: IUI markers: syndrome of foetus infection, syndrome of amniotic fluid infection, syndrome of placenta infection, impairment of foetus-placenta blood flow, increase of myometrium tone in combination with shortening and dilation of cervix. The sum of obtained points to degree of risk of development of infectious-inflammatory diseases in newborns, born from mothers with IUI. Sum of points equal 50 testifies to 100% prediction of intrauterine infection. Sum of 1-20 points indicates low degree of risk of development of infectious-inflammatory diseases in newborns, 21-39 - to medium degree of risk, 40-50 - corresponds to high degree of risk.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to predict formation of IUI in pregnant women, degree of risk of development of infectious-inflammatory diseases in newborns with high accuracy for short term with low economical cost, and can be used as dynamic estimation in the process of treating intrauterine infection and preparation for childbirth aimed at birth of healthy babies.
