SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied at diagnostics and therapy of all pathologies, which are better to process by curved sutured resection. Surgical suturing instrument for laparoscopic manipulation with tissue in patient's body contains bearing rod, handle, which is connected with proximal end of bearing rod and assemble junction of cramp suturing. Assemble junction is connected with distal end of bearing rod and contains curved cartridge and curved anvil. Anvil is made with possibility of interaction with cartridge. Bearing rod contains curved segment of rod. Curved segment of rod is placed between proximal segment of rod and distal segment of rod in such a way, that longitudinal axis of distal segment of rod and assemble junction of cramp suturing is inclined with respect to longitudinal axis of proximal segment of rod. Set of instruments with application of surgical suturing device includes laparoscopic device of access port.
EFFECT: convenience of access to places remote from laparoscopic port is achieved.
