FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical instruments, and in particular, to tools for cutting and suturing and staple cartridges for incision and suturing of tissues. Staple cartridge contains a plurality of staples, a first layer, a second layer and a third layer. Each staple comprises a base and a deformable leg extending from base. First layer consists of a compressible material. Deformable legs staples are located in first layer. Second layer is adhesively attached to first layer. Third layer is adhesively detachably attached to second layer. Third layer comprises a plurality of slots of staples and a base for suture staples located in slots of staples. In second embodiment, suturing cartridge comprises multiple fasteners, first multilayer material, second multilayer material and third multilayer material. Each fastener comprises a base and a part for gripping tissue extending from base. First multilayer material consists of removable material. Part for gripping tissue is located in first multilayer material. Second multilayer material is attached to first multilayer material. Third multilayer material is detachably attached to second multilayer material. Third multilayer material comprises multiple receiving slots, and in which fastener bases are located in receiving slots.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides optimum actuation force for tissue gripping.
