FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, cosmetology, photodynamic therapy of cellulites. There are presented a photosensitising mixture and a cosmetic method of using it in cellulitis. The mixture contains fat cells and/or collagen of the given patient and a hydrophobic photosensitising agent (PSA) with affinity to phospholipids and cell membranes, however substantially triglyceride-insoluble, such as temoporfin in relation approximately 5:1. The mixture is subcutaneously introduced in a treated region, kept for a period of time sufficient to collect the PSA in cellulite tissue, and light exposure is used for selective activation of the PSA wherein wave length has at least one peak within an absorption spectrum of said PSA. A light source can be specified in diode lasers, light-emitting diodes (LED), one or more filtered lamps.
EFFECT: invention provides direct adipocyte destruction without affecting other structure tissues, fast and long-term cosmetic effects in the cellulite fat tissues previously not responding to treatment with low injures.
