FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices of mechanical and pneumomechanical grinding. Proposed mill comprises housing made up of top and bottom parts, split rotor made up of several attachments fitted on the shaft, loading funnel and discharge branch pipe. Housing top part is made up of conical shell and coupled with bottom part consisting of top cover, central cylindrical shell and bottom cover. Deflector ring is arranged inside top cover. Top rotor attachment is arranged inside housing top part and made up of taper screw. Central rotor attachment is arranged inside deflector ring representing stepped cone including set of square plates fitted on the shaft and turned relative to each other in direction of rotor rotation. Stepped stator is arranged inside central cylindrical shell with tune resonators fitted on its working surface. Bottom rotor attachment is fitted on the shaft inside central cylindrical shell and coupled with inner and outer sets arranged one above the other and coupled between themselves. Bottom rotor attachment consists of square plates fitted on the shaft turned relative to each other in direction of rotor rotation. Bottom cover houses spiral-and-torus-like chamber with cutout in inner surface cross section. Impeller is fitted on the shaft inside aforesaid spiral-and-torus-like chamber while tube resonators are secured on chamber outer surface. Said chamber is communicated with discharge branch pipe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding.
