FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to method of forming composite structure, composite 3D workpiece thus produce, and to knitted 3D workpiece and composite structure with said workpiece. Proposed method consists in knitting 3D workpiece using 3D knitting machine and one or several selected fibres. Note here that said workpiece corresponds to that structure being formed. Then, said knitted is shaped to 3D structure by blowing or expansion and fixed. Thereafter, said fixed shape is used to produce composite structure. Fibres are selected from natural fibre set including small hemp, cotton, flax, Calcutta hemp, and synthetic fibres, e.g. boric, aramid, carbon fibres and glass fibres, basalt fibres and polymer-base fibres.
EFFECT: stable homogeneous structure.
