FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of three-dimensional high-strength fibrous composite part. Technical result is achieved by a method of producing a three-dimensional high-strength fibrous composite part with isotropic distribution of fibers with a load-dependent distribution of material made from rigid high-modulus fibers and a polymer matrix, which includes preparation of fibers by loosening fibers with their release from bundles of fibers, bales or textile structures. Fibers are blended after loosening with a binding fiber, wherein the weight ratio of the binding fibers in the whole weight of the fibers after mixing is 5 wt. % or less than 5 wt. %. Controlled suction and / or blowing loosened liberated fibers on three-dimensional air-permeable half-mold with this part side contour. Preliminary hardening of fibrous preform in flotation chamber. Transfer of the fibrous preform into the mold with the shape of the outline of the part air permeable half-mold. Contact with liquid polymer material. Curing of fibrous preform by pressing to form part.
EFFECT: shorter manufacturing time of 3D fibrous composite part with load-dependent distribution of material.
