FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanism intended for transfer of glass articles from billet mould into blowing mould in glass blowing machine. Inverse mechanism comprises: support frame with base to be mounted on glass blowing machine, linear drive, toothed rack extending from said drive to said support frame, hollow shaft with central section arranged on said frame to revolve thereon and with end parts with outer axial splines, gearing engaged with said central part to revolve joint with said shaft. Note here that external teeth of said gearing interact with said rack. It comprises also two ball nuts fitted on appropriate ends of said shaft, two hollow pneumatic pistons fitted on said ball nuts to surround said opposite ends of hollow shaft, fasteners of inverse levers arranged on said pistons, spring arranged in every said piston to extend between pistons and said ends of the shaft to displace the latter in position nearby aforesaid frame. Proposed mechanism may be mounted on machine frame as an assembly with the help of aforesaid support frame, while air inlet is arranged on said support frame nearby gearing that has air channel to communicate said inlet with said hollow shaft in, at least, one angular position of said gearing and said shaft to feed air via said hollow shaft, thus, to displace said pistons and inverse levers fasteners from said support frame.
EFFECT: decreased repair time and longer life.
