FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the method in which hydrocarbon gases mixed with carbon dioxide and water vapours are pre-subjected to catalytic steam-carbon-dioxide conversion. At that, molar ratios of carbon in hydrocarbon gas to carbon dioxide are maintained at the level equal to 0.3-0.8, and carbon-to-water molar ratio is equal to 1.0-1.5. Temperature of 750-950°C and pressure of 0.1-3.0 MPa is maintained during conversion. Then, the obtained synthesis gas is cleaned from excessive carbon dioxide till its content is not more than 8.5%. Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is performed at temperature of 170-275°C under pressure of 1.0-5.0 MPa, at volume rate of synthesis gas supply of 100-3000 hour-1. Before separation into fractions from mixture of the obtained liquid hydrocarbons there removed are hydrocarbon gases and water of reaction, and 20-80 wt % of pentane-hexanoic fraction is supplied to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor for recirculation. The rest part of pentane-hexanoic fraction, as well as gasoline, kerosene and diesel fractions are separately subjected to hydrogenation, hydroisomerisation and isodeparaffination. During the method's implementation there used are catalysts on the basis of cobalt, palladium and platinum, which are individual for each process.
EFFECT: reduction of the content of impurities of sulphur- and nitrogen-containing hydrocarbon compounds, as well as aromatic hydrocarbons in synthetic liquid fuels.
