FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed material represents nanolayers of montmorillonite, its surface and interlayer nanospacing being modified by 1,1.9-trihydroperfluorononanol-1 with its content in montmorillonite making 40.04 wt %. Modification is carried out at 70°C and ultrasound frequency of 40 kHz.
EFFECT: high tribological properties and reliability at high friction rates.
