FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrolytic cell comprises a cathode bath, anodes and a device for raw materials supply. The device for raw materials supply comprises a hopper for raw materials, a chute from the hopper to a pipe of a punch batcher with elements of its fastening on the electrolytic cell, a punch with a stem installed in a pipe, a drive, the punch batcher pipe is equipped with an inner transverse partition with a hole to form upper and lower chambers with open external ends, in the cavity of the lower chamber there is a punch installed, the stem of which is connected to a drive, the drive and the punch batcher are installed on the common frame and are made as a single device fixed on the electrolytic cell, the punch in the upper initial position closes the hole in the partition between the chambers by means of a ring washer, installed on the stem as capable of displacement relative to the partition between the chambers by the value equal to (0.15-0.20) D, where D is size of the punch diameter in mm, the external hole of the lower chamber is equipped with a membrane washer and is installed above the external surface of the electrolyte crust at the distance equal to (0-0.20) D, where D is the size of the punch diameter in mm, in the cavity of the upper chamber on the stem there is a dose controller installed, a hole of the chute from the hopper with raw materials is connected to the external hole of the upper chamber with a dust catcher common for the holes, above which on the punch stem there is a digital scale applied to simplify installation of the dose controller into the required position.
EFFECT: invention provides for control of raw materials dose supplied under the electrolyte crust, which ensures stability of the technological process and increases current yield.
