FIELD: aluminum electrolyzers. SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer has cathode, anode, gas-collecting bell whose separate sections have throat in which batcher is located and connected with raw material hopper. Punch is made in the form of forcing-through plate with gate. Plate is connected with power mechanism through leverage. With power applied to power mechanism, leverage moves the forcing-through plate down. Batcher discharging opening opens and after its coincidence with transfer holes of plate, raw material runs out of batcher. In this case, batcher filling opening is closed and raw material does not come to batcher from hopper. Further motion of plate results in breakage of electrolyte crust, and raw materials flow to electrolyte. When forcing-through plate is in initial position, raw materials again are supplied from hopper to batcher, and cycle is repeated. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
