FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes variable-capacitance diode, electromagnetic emitter with winding and core, generator, spectrum analyser unit, control device, receiving-transmitting unit, electric power supply, and interface unit with submersible electric motor (SEM). Electromagnetic signal emitter with a core is connected to generator output; variable-capacitance diode the control input of which is connected to the first output of the control device is connected to the first and the second output ends of the emitter winding. The second output of the control device is connected to generator input, and the first input is connected to the output of spectrum analyser unit to the input of which the third output end of emitter winding is connected. The third output of the control device is connected to the first input of receiving-transmitting unit the first output of which is connected to the first input of the interface unit the first output of which is connected to stator winding of submersible electric motor of the well electric centrifugal pump installation, the second one - to the electric power supply input, and the third one - to the second input of receiving-transmitting unit the second output of which is connected to the second input of the control device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of protection of electric centrifugal pump installations against deposits.
