FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to inhibition of undesirable deposits on well equipment. Method consists in initial impact on flow of well fluid, moving to pump unit, ultrasonic radiation in frequency range from 15 kHz to 50 kHz, which force formation of nucleation crystals and crystal formation in volume of fluid. Additional exposure of fluid to electromagnetic fields for control of crystal formation in quality, which provides inhibition of scaling on downhole equipment. Both actions are performed synchronously and interconnected either independently and asynchronously. Algorithm and parameters of action are optimized based on a priori studies. Plant comprises at least two electromagnetic emitters arranged along longitudinal axis of well arrangement at a certain distance from each other, unit for interface with submersible electric motor, to which it is connected by first input / output, installed in separate housing, in which there is also electronic control unit for electromagnetic radiation, connected by first input / output to second input / output of interface unit, and generators of electromagnetic emitters by number of electromagnetic emitters. Inputs of generators of electromagnetic emitters are connected to corresponding outputs of electronic control unit, and outputs are connected to excitation windings of corresponding electromagnetic emitters, measuring transducers installed in well space and connected to electronic control unit of electromagnetic radiation. Each emitter contains cylindrical core from magnetically soft material with axial or orthogonal winding. Downhole assembly includes an acoustic radiator placed in a separate housing, an acoustic radiator generator and a control unit.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of protection of well equipment from undesirable scales.
