SUBSTANCE: proposed device is furnished with external thread and outer and inner ring surfaces arranged on inner thread start and runout, and having selected first and second directions, respectively. It includes case provided with external thread to interact with internal thread, first and second elastic sealing annular elements arranged on outer thread start and runout to make first and second seals on inner and outer ring surfaces. Said first and second seals have third and fourth selected directions. At least, first of them differs from appropriate second of first direction prior to screwing the device in external member. Both are deformable elements.
