FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in processes of power generation and/or heat pumping in heating and refrigerator machines. The basis of all versions of the generator and heat pump is the method of thermoelectric cluster operation, using which, appropriate heat power lines are exposed to the appropriate coolant. All machines use a device to connect an active element 1 with heat power lines 4 and 5, comprising an electric and heat conductive non-hardening plastic mixture, or a solder with melt temperature below the working temperature, or a foil of plastic metal alloy, at the same time the heat power line and the active element are elastically connected to each other. The produced thermoelectric cluster comprises active elements 1, made with size in direction of electric current that is at least three times less than the size in direction perpendicular to it.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat transfer.
