SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to nephrology. To diagnose renal infarct in children with inherited thrombophilia clinical-laboratory examination is carried out. If the level of lipoproteins A is two times and higher and if triangular shape of zone of increased echogenesity in kidney is detected, renal infarct is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy of renal infarct diagnostics in children with inherited thrombophilia.
