SUBSTANCE: method involves DNA recovery followed by the amplification of Arg353Gln coagulation factor VII and Ile22Met methionine synthase reductase (MTRR) genes polymorphisms (G10976A and A66G) by PCR technique. If a combination of GA heterozygote of Arg353Gln coagulation factor VII gene polymorphism (G10976A) and GG homozygote of Ile22Met MTRR gene polymorphism (A66G) is found, the risk of chorion separation in the first trimester of pregnancy is predicted.
EFFECT: effective prediction of chorion separation in the first trimester of pregnancy by identifying the combination of thrombophilia and folate cycle genes patterns.
